4. Low and Reverse Clutch Piston Travel Measurement

LOW AND REVERSE CLUTCH PISTON TRAVEL MEASUREMENT





1. Using the 8" Dial Indicator Extension Rod and Dial Indicator Set J45200, set the dial indictor J45200.

CAUTION: WHEN COMPRESSED AIR IS USED IN ORDER TO CLEAR FLUID PASSAGES AND TO DRY PARTS, ALWAYS AIM THE AIR PRESSURE AWAY FROM FACE AND EYES. ALWAYS WEAR ADEQUATE EYE PROTECTION IN ORDER TO AVOID INJURY FROM DIRT AND DEBRIS THAT MAY ADHERE TO PARTS.

2. Apply compressed air to the case oil port in order to measure the low and reverse clutch piston stroke.
