102. Servo Assembly Installation

Servo Assembly Installation





1. Install the servo body filter (211) into the main control valve body assembly (250).
2. Install both 8 mm x 14 mm servo body spacer plate locating pins (301) into the main control valve body assembly (250).
3. Install the servo body spacer plate (300) on top of the main control valve body assembly (250).
4. Install the servo body assembly (325) on top of the main control valve body assembly (250).






Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

5. Secure the servo body assembly (325) to the main control valve body (250) using a flanged M6 x 1.0 x 60mm bolt/screw (312). Tighten the bolt/screw.
- Tighten the flanged bolt/screw to 12 Nm (106 inch lbs.)





6. Install the 1st accumulator fluid line pressure 7/32 in steel check ball (311) into the servo body assembly (325), as shown.
7. Install the 1st clutch fluid line pressure 7/32 in steel check ball (318) into the servo body assembly (325), as shown.
8. Install the 2nd clutch fluid line pressure 7/32 in steel check ball (319) into the servo body assembly (325), as shown.
9. Install the 1st accumulator choke (326) into the servo body assembly (325), as shown.
