38. 3RD and 4TH Clutch Fluid Pressure Switch Replacement

3rd and 4th Clutch Fluid Pressure Switch Replacement





1. Remove the 3rd and 4th clutch fluid pressure switches (25, 5) and their sealing washers (26, 4) from the transmission case housing (31).
2. Inspect fluid pressure switch for damage. Replace as needed.
3. Using NEW fluid pressure sealing washers (26, 4), install the 3rd and the 4th clutch fluid pressure switches (25, 5).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

4. Tighten the pressure switches.
- Tighten the pressure switches to 20 Nm (14 ft. lbs.).
