The purpose of this bulletin is to inform Saturn technicians about new diagnostic and service procedures for 2004 Saturn VUE vehicles equipped with the rear seat entertainment system (RPO U32). This information was not included in the printed version of the 2004 Saturn VUE Service Manual, Vol. 2.
