Automatic Transmission Oil Cooler Fitting Replacement





1. Remove the automatic transmission inlet and outlet oil cooler fittings (61) and sealing washers (50) from the transmission case housing.
2. Inspect oil cooler fittings for damage and replace as needed.
3. Using NEW sealing washers (50), install the automatic transmission inlet and outlet oil cooler fittings (61).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

4. Tighten the fittings.
- Tighten the fittings to 20 Nm (14 inch lbs.).
