1st Gear One Way Clutch Inspection





1. Hold the coast clutch hub (724), and turn the 1st gear one-way clutch (726) in the direction shown to ensure it turns freely. Also ensure that the 1st drive gear (726) locks when turned in the opposite direction.
2. If any problem or concerns occur while inspecting 1st gear one-way clutch, replace the 1st clutch hub and coast sprag assembly (725). The 1st gear one-way clutch is not available separately from the 1st clutch hub.
