Door Replacement - Front

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the front door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Front Door (Service and Repair) .
2. Remove the front door water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Front Door. Water Deflector Replacement - Front Door
3. Remove the front door conduit. Refer to Rubber Conduit Replacement - Front Door (Rubber Conduit Replacement - Front Door) .
4. Remove the front door window belt inner sealing strip. Refer to Sealing Strip Replacement - Front Door Window Belt Inner (Front Side Door Window Belt Inner Sealing Strip Replacement) .
5. Remove the front door window weatherstrip. Refer to Weatherstrip Replacement - Front Door Window (Door Window Weatherstrip) .
6. Remove the front door window. Refer to Window Replacement - Front Door (Service and Repair) .




7. Remove the outside rearview mirror (1). Refer toMirror Replacement - Power (Mirror Replacement - Power Mirror) .




8. Remove the front door module (2). Refer toDoor Module Replacement - Front Door Replacement - Front .




9. Remove the front door outside handle (5). Refer toDoor Handle Replacement - Front Outside (Service and Repair) .
10. Remove the front door lock. Refer toLock Replacement - Front Door (Lock Replacement - Front Door) .
11. Remove the front door window belt outer sealing strip. Refer toSealing Strip Replacement - Front Door Window Belt Outer (Front Side Door Window Belt Inner Sealing Strip Replacement) .
12. Remove the front door window run channel. Refer to Window Run Channel Replacement - Front Door (Door Window Channel) .
13. Remove the front door molding. Refer to Molding Replacement - Door Body Side (Front) ()Molding Replacement - Door Body Side (Rear) () in Exterior Trim.
14. Remove the front door hinges. Refer toHinge Replacement - Front Door (Service and Repair) .




15. With the aid of an assistant, remove the front door shell from the hinge pillar.



Installation Procedure





1. With the aid of an assistant, position the front door to the body.
2. Install the front door hinges. Refer to Hinge Replacement - Front Door (Service and Repair) .
3. Install the front door molding. Refer to Molding Replacement - Door Body Side (Front) ()Molding Replacement - Door Body Side (Rear) () in Exterior Trim.
4. Install the front door window run channel. Refer toWindow Run Channel Replacement - Front Door (Door Window Channel) .
5. Install the front door window belt outer sealing strip. Refer toSealing Strip Replacement - Front Door Window Belt Outer (Front Side Door Window Belt Inner Sealing Strip Replacement) .
6. Install the front door lock. Refer to Lock Replacement - Front Door (Lock Replacement - Front Door) .




7. Install the front door outside handle (5). Refer to Door Handle Replacement - Front Outside (Service and Repair) .




8. Install the front door module (1). Refer to Door Module Replacement - Front Service and Repair .




9. Install the outside rearview mirror (1). Refer to Mirror Replacement - Power (Mirror Replacement - Power Mirror) .
10. Install the front door window. Refer to Window Replacement - Front Door (Service and Repair) .
11. Install the front door window weatherstrip. Refer to Weatherstrip Replacement - Front Door Window (Door Window Weatherstrip) .




12. Install the front door window belt inner sealing strip (3). Refer to Sealing Strip Replacement - Front Door Window Belt Inner (Front Side Door Window Belt Inner Sealing Strip Replacement) .
13. Install the front door conduit. Refer to Rubber Conduit Replacement - Front Door (Rubber Conduit Replacement - Front Door) .
14. Install the front door water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Front Door. Water Deflector Replacement - Front Door
15. Refer to front door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Front Door (Service and Repair) .
16. Adjust the front door. Refer to Door Adjustment - Front (Door Adjustment - Front) .
