Rattle Noise From Driver or Front Passenger Side Windows While Driving (Replace Front Door Frame B-Pillar Applique)

Condition
Some customers may comment on a rattle-type noise coming from the driver or front passenger side windows while driving. The noise may be coming from the top or bottom of the B-pillar area and will be reduced or eliminated by pressing outward on the side window glass.
Cause
This condition may be caused by broken retaining tabs on the B-pillar applique at the door position that has the rattle.
Correction
Do NOT replace door weatherstrips, window run channels or other associated hardware.
Replace any affected front door frame (B-pillar) applique. Refer to Front Door Frame Applique Replacement in SI.
