Front Side Door Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the front door trim panel.
2. Remove the front door water deflector.
3. Remove the front door conduit.
4. Remove the front door window belt inner sealing strip.
5. Remove the front door window weatherstrip.
6. Remove the front door window.




7. Remove the outside rearview mirror (1).




8. Remove the front door module (2).




9. Remove the front door outside handle (5).
10. Remove the front door lock.
11. Remove the front door window belt outer sealing strip.
12. Remove the front door window run channel.
13. Remove the front door molding.
14. Remove the front door hinges.




15. With the aid of an assistant, remove the front door shell from the hinge pillar.

Installation Procedure




1. With the aid of an assistant, position the front door to the body.
2. Install the front door hinges.
3. Install the front door molding.
4. Install the front door window run channel.
5. Install the front door window belt outer sealing strip.
6. Install the front door lock.




7. Install the front door outside handle (5).




8. Install the front door module (1).




9. Install the outside rearview mirror (1).
10. Install the front door window.
11. Install the front door window weatherstrip.




12. Install the front door window belt inner sealing strip (3).
13. Install the front door conduit.
14. Install the front door water deflector.
15. Refer to front door trim panel.
16. Adjust the front door. Refer to Front Side Door Adjustment.
