Stabilizer Shaft Replacement (with Rear IRS)

Removal Procedure

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
2. Remove the left front tire and wheel.




3. Remove the left and right stabilizer shaft links.




4. Remove the left and right stabilizer shaft insulators and brackets.
5. Remove the stabilizer shaft from the left side of the vehicle.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the stabilizer shaft from the left side of the vehicle.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

2. Install the stabilizer shaft link bolt and nut.

Tighten the stabilizer shaft link nut to 19 N.m (14 lb ft).




3. Install the left and right stabilizer shaft insulators and brackets.
4. Install the left front tire and wheel.
5. Lower the vehicle.
