132. Engine Coolant Thermostat Housing Installation

Engine Coolant Thermostat Housing Installation (LY7) (3.6L Without Hybrid)




1. Install a NEW gasket onto the thermostat housing.




2. Install the thermostat housing.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

3. Install the thermostat housing bolts and tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb in).




4. Install a NEW gasket and O-ring onto the heater inlet/outlet pipe assembly.




5. Install the heater inlet/outlet pipe assembly.
6. Install the heater inlet/outlet pipe assembly bolts and tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb in).
