Battery Disconnect Cut-Off Switch Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the ignition key and wait five minutes to allow capacitors to discharge.
2. Lift the rear compartment floor stowage access cover.
3. Slide the battery disconnect cut-off switch (1) to the unlatched position.




4. Wait 5 seconds then pull up to remove the battery disconnect cut-off switch (1).

Installation Procedure




1. Install the NEW battery disconnect cut-off switch (1).




2. Slide the battery disconnect cut-off switch (1) to the latched position.
3. Close the rear compartment floor stowage access cover.
