Connects the wiper module connector cavity B to I/P ground splice pack cavity D.

TYPE:
Black 16 gage wire

FUNCTION:
This is the ground wire for the windshield wiper motor/control module.

REPAIRS:
Check for OPENS/SHORTS.

Repair as needed.
