SUBJECT: Popping Noise from Door Check Links (Replace Door Check Links with New Part) All 1991 Saturn Vehicles


CONDITION: Customer may experience a popping noise coming from door check links when opening and closing the doors.

CAUSE: Excessive clearance at check link pivot.


CORRECTIVE
ACTION: Replace door check links with new service parts, following the "Door Check Link" procedures located in the "Doors" section of the "Body Service Manual."
