Transmission Controls With PCM

The PCM monitors the voltage in an internal clamp circuit that provides the hold mode for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th actuators. If voltage in the clamp circuit is out of range for a period of time that is to short to detect a ground, open or short in the clamp circuit, the flag is set.
