Connects forward lamp ground splice pack cavity E to left forward lamp ground point B.

TYPE:
Black 18 gage wire.

FUNCTION:
This is the ground wire for the forward lamp ground splice pack.

REPAIRS:
Check for OPEN or SHORTS

Repair as needed.
