With Scan Tool
1. Remove transaxle temperature sensor and install pressure gauge.
2. Install suitable Portable Diagnostic Tool (PDT).
3. Start engine and allow transaxle to reach normal operating temperature.
4. With key on and engine off, select "Special Test" on tool first menu selection.
5. Select line pressure at prompt; PDT will prompt to start engine.
6. Select "Run," then test will begin. Test will set engine speed to 1500 RPM and command line pressure up in steps, from 57 - 220 psi, on 15 psi intervals.
7. During test, refer to image for pressure gauge readings as command line pressure is increased.
8. After test, install transaxle temperature sensor, then clear codes caused by sensor removal.
