Connects the washer pump connector cavity B to forward lamp ground splice pack cavity A.

TYPE:
Black 20 gage wire

FUNCTION:
This is the ground wire for the washer pump.

REPAIRS:
Check for OPENS/SHORTS.

Repair as needed.
