Rear Door Glass Replacement

GLASS REMOVAL




1. Remove outer door panel.

2. Loosen bottom fastener of rear side door stationary window assembly to provide clearance.

NOTICE: Protect exposed surface of stationary window frame division channel with protective tape to prevent paint damage.

3. Apply tape to the lower half of the outboard exposed portion of the stationary window division channel.

4. Lower door glass.
Remove glass nuts with tool SA9148B.
Push glass up and rotate slightly.
Remove door glass.


INSTALLATION
1. Install door glass into door and over regulator studs.
Install glass nuts with tool SA9148B.

2. Tighten bottom fastener of stationary glass.

Torque: 6 Nm (53 in.lbs.)

3. Remove protective tape.

4. Install outer door panel.
