Letter to Owner Not Involved With Recall

Dear Saturn Owner:

You may have heard recently about the "recall" of some 1993 Saturns. We want to let you know what this is about . . . and especially to let you know that your car is not included in this "recall."

The "recall" involves the windshield wipers on some 1993 models produced during December and early January. On these cars, the windshield wiper motor assembly may not perform as it should.

Our records indicate that you have experienced some kind of a problem with your windshield wipers, and have had them fixed as a warranty repair. We are writing to assure you that the condition you have experienced is not related to the current "recall."

We sincerely regret any inconvenience you have experienced. And we'll always do whatever we can to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your 1993 Saturn.
