MODELS AFFECTED:
1991 - 1995 Saturns built up to and including VIN SZ261179.

IMPORTANT:
Vehicles built after and including VIN SZ261180 are built with the new radio antenna mast (P/N 21022765).

CONDITION:
Some owners may comment that a whistle type windnoise is heard at highway speeds. Noise may be perceived to come from high-up in the dash, near the windshield. Condition may be more pronounced when crosswinds are present or during periods of rain.

CAUSE:
This whistle type windnoise may be caused by airflow around the radio antenna mast.

CORRECTION:
Drive vehicle to confirm windnoise condition. After confirming windnoise condition, remove radio antenna mast and drive vehicle to verily windnoise condition.

^ If windnoise is still present with radio antenna mast removed, refer to "Windnoise Diagnosis and Repair" in the "General Information" section of the "Body/Collision Repair Service Manual."

^ If windnoise is not present with radio antenna mast removed, replace radio antenna mast with the new radio antenna mast (P/N 21022765). (New radio antenna mast can be identified by a wire wrapped in a spiral down the antenna.)

Torque: Torque finger tight plus 1/4 turn

IMPORTANT:
