Power Door Lock Actuator

REMOVAL

1. Remove outer door panel.
2. Disconnect actuator from lock rod. Disconnect harness. Drive rivet center pin rearward enough to allow head of rivet to be drilled. Drill out rivets and remove actuator.
3. Cut remaining portion of rivets short and push through hole in door assembly. Disconnect inner door trim panel lower fasteners. Pull out panel and remove rivets.

INSTALLATION

1. Install actuator with rivets. Connect harness and connect actuator to lock rod.
2. Install trim panel by pressing firmly at panel retainer locations.
3. Install outer door panel.
