Oil Pressure Gage

Oil Pressure Gage Resistance Chart:

1. Disconnect the oil pressure sender/switch connector, located on the right side of the engine.
2. Using tester SA92O5Z (or equivalent) and a digital multimeter (set to the OHMS scale), connect one lead to the oil pressure sender/switch connector and one lead to engine ground.
3. Turn ignition to the RUN position (do not start engine).
4. Set input resistances as shown in the table.

If the IP cluster oil pressure gage is not accurate, service is by cluster replacement only. After replacing the IP cluster, repeat the above procedure to verify proper operation.
