Diagnostic Information on Saturn Audio Systems
MODELS AFFECTED:
1991-1994 Saturns
PURPOSE:
This bulletin provides audio system performance information for use in diagnosing system performance concerns.
PROCEDURE:
Before a customer concern can be diagnosed, normal audio system performance must be verified, using the performance checks in the "Audio System Diagnostic Chart." The "Audio System Diagnostic Chart" is further divided into the types of radios offered for the model years.
Once correct system operation is verified, refer to "Audio System" diagnostics in the "Power Distribution" section of the "1991 - 1994 Electrical Service Manual," to further diagnose the concern.
IMPORTANT:
For 1995 model year vehicles, refer to the "Power Distribution" section of the 2nd Edition "1995 Electrical Service Manual" for the "Audio System Diagnostic Chart."
