LOCATION:
Connects the wiper module connector cavity D to column switch connector cavity C.

TYPE:
Brown 22 gage wire

FUNCTION:
This is the ground wire for the windshield wiper motor/control module in the HIGH speed position.

Battery voltage should be present with ignition in ACC and RUN.

REPAIRS:
Check for OPENS/SHORTS.

Repair as needed.
