Window Regulator Assembly

REAR DOOR WINDOW REGULATOR/MOTOR









REMOVAL

NOTICE: Do not damage insulator panel when removing regulator.

1. Remove door inner panel. Rear Door Trim Panel
2. Lower glass, then disconnect sash from glass by depressing retaining clip tabs and sliding sash off of clips.
3. Remove glass. Rear Door Glass Replacement
4. Disconnect harness from power regulator.
5. Remove all regulator bolts and slide regulator assembly out of door.
Rotating regulator with the arm pointed downward will ease the removal of the regulator.


INSTALLATION
1. Slide regulator assembly into door and position regulator with attachment bolts.
2. Install window to regulator assembly.
3. Slide sash onto retaining clips.
4. Install wiring harness connector to motor
5. Torque regulator assembly bolts.

Torque: 7.5 N.m (66 in.lbs.)

6. Check regulator for proper operation.
7. Install trim panel.
