REMOVAL
1. Using suitable wrench, depress tensioner arm, Fig. 39.
2. Remove belt from A/C compressor and idler pulley, then remove belt.
INSTALLATION
1. Route belt over all pulleys, except front cover idler or A/C compressor.
2. Using suitable wrench, depress tensioner arm, Fig. 39.
3. Install belt to idler pulley and A/C compressor.
4. Tighten idler pulley to specifications. (50-65 lbs new/ 45 lbs used)
