Check for OPENS/SHORTS.
Repair as needed.
If this component is good go to the next item indicated on the Complaint-Condition Chart.
Circuit 18C
Function: This circuit provides power to the coil of left relay #1 when the turn switch is in the left turn position. This causes the relay to energize so that the left front turn signal is connected to the left turn circuit 18Z and can operate normally.
Check for OPENS/SHORTS.
Repair as needed.
If this component is good go to the next item indicated on the Complaint-Condition Chart.
Circuit 18E
Function: This circuit provides power to the coil of left relay #2 when the turn switch is in the left turn position. This causes the relay to energize connecting the pulsing turn flasher circuit 16A to the left turn circuit 18Y to operate the left front and rear turn signals normally.
Check for OPENS/SHORTS.
Repair as needed.
If this component is good go to the next item indicated on the Complaint-Condition Chart.
Circuit 19C
Function: This circuit provides power to the coil of right relay #2 when the turn switch is in the right turn position. This causes the relay to energize connecting the pulsing turn flasher circuit 16B to the right turn circuit 19Y to operate the right front and rear turn signals normally.
Check for OPENS/SHORTS.
Repair as needed.
If this component is good go to the next item indicated on the Complaint-Condition Chart.
Circuit 19E
