Front Door Glass Replacement

FRONT DOOR GLASS - COUPE






REMOVAL
1. Remove door trim panel.
2. Remove speaker.
3. Partially remove water liner.






4. Lower glass to access slide clip tabs. If regulator has failed in the full up position, lower glass and regulator as an assembly.






5. Disengage front slide clip from sash by depressing tab and sliding sash forward. Repeat for rear slide clip.






6. When glass is disconnected, rotate, and remove from door.

INSTALLATION

NOTICE: Before installing glass, clear guide of any debris.






1. Install door glass into door, aligning sash with slide clips and glass with guides.
2. Slide sash rearward onto slide clips.
3. Check operation and alignment of door glass.






4. Install speaker.
5. Install water liner.
6. Install door trim panel.
