Vacuum Harness Assembly

Throttle Body Connections:

Fuel/Vapor Hose Routing - DOHC:

VACUUM HARNESS ASSEMBLY REMOVAL
1. Remove air intake tube and air box cover.
2. Remove accelerator control cable bracket attaching bolts.
3. Disconnect vacuum harness from EVAP canister purge solenoid and fuel system pressure regulator.

NOTE: The vacuum harness is serviced.

4. Remove vacuum harness from throttle body by unclipping the two tangs and lifting it upward.

INSTALLATION
1. Install the throttle body vacuum harness connector.
2. Connect vacuum harness to EVAP cannister purge solenoid and fuel system pressure regulator.

NOTE: See diagram to insure proper routing and connection of vacuum lines.

3. Install accelerator control cable bracket attaching screws.
Torque to 13 N.m (115 in-lbs)

4. Install air intake tube and air box cover.
5. Start engine and check for vacuum leaks.
