Circuit 1134

FUNCTION: This circuit provides a signal to the I/P cluster from the park brake switch. The switch is closed (grounding the BRAKE telltale) with the park brake applied.

When this input is grounded DRL will be turned Off.

Check the park brake circuit by turning the ignition to Run with the park brake Off. If the BRAKE telltale comes On then circuit 1134, the I/P cluster, circuit 33 (and related components) or the bulb check integrated circuit (located on the Tachometer printed circuit board) is at fault.

Repair as needed.
