Deaeration Hose and Pipe

REMOVAL





1. Remove clamp and hose from surge tank.
2. Remove hose from hold down clips.





3. Remove clamp and hose from intake manifold.

INSTALLATION
1. Cut new hose to length from bulk roll.
2. Install hose and clamp on intake manifold. Position clamp at 10 o'clock.
3. Install hose and clamp on surge tank. Position clamp at 11 o'clock.

NOTE: Make sure cooling system deaeration hose does not contact cowl as it will cause a noise inside vehicle. It may be necessary to shorten the hose.
