Rear Door Glass Replacement

REAR DOOR GLASS






REMOVAL
1. Remove door trim panel. Outer panel is removed in illustration to show location.
2. Remove inner sealing strip (belt seal) molding.
3. Remove door frame inner seal (secondary) fixed glass assembly.
4. Partially remove water liner.
5. Lower door window for access to sash slide clips.
6. Depress retaining clips and slide sash from window.
7. Rotate window, push up and then remove from door.

INSTALLATION
1. Install door window into door and align sash with window insulators (slide clips).
2. Slide sash onto clips.
3. Reinstall door frame inner seal.
4. Reinstall inner sealing strip (belt seal). Check window for proper operation.
5. Reinstall water liner.
6. Reinstall door trim panel.
