Sunroof Glass Panel Replacement

SUNROOF GLASS ASSEMBLY

REMOVAL

1. Power the sunroof to the vent position.

2. Remove six screws attaching sunroof glass to module, and remove glass.

INSTALLATION

1. Set glass in position on sunroof module.

2. Apply Loctite Small Screw Threadlocker 222 (or equivalent) to sunroof glass attaching screws and install.

3. With sunroof in closed position, adjust glass to 1 mm (0.040 in.) below surface of roof at front, and 1mm (0.040 in.) above roof surface at rear.

4. Tighten bolts.

Torque: 3 Nm (26 in-lbs)
