1. Fluid level/pressure is too high.
2. Plugged vent or drain-back holes.
3. Improperly torqued fasteners or dirty/damaged threads.
4. Warped flanges or sealing surfaces.
5. Scratches, burrs or other damage to the sealing surface.
6. Damaged or worn gasket.
7. Cracking or porosity of the component.
