Defective Scan Tool Notice

Notice: Do not use a scan tool that displays faulty data. Report the scan tool problem to the manufacturer. Use of a faulty scan tool can result in misdiagnosis and unnecessary parts replacement.

Some scan tools may display fault/trouble codes that are not valid for the vehicle. If you do not find the displayed code on the Alldata system, then connect a scan tool from a different manufacturer and recheck.
