Lock Actuator Replacement - Rear Door

REMOVAL
1. Remove outer panel.
2. Remove rear door trim panel.
3. Disconnect actuator from lock rod. Disconnect harness. Drive center pin rearward enough to allow head of rivet to be drilled. Drill out rivets and remove actuator.
4. Cut remaining portion of rivets short and push through hole in door assembly. Disconnect inner trim panel and remove rivets.


INSTALLATION
1. Install actuator with rivets. Connect harness and connect actuator to lock rod.
2. Install trim panel.
3. Install outer panel.
