Seat Back Beam Cover Replacement (Rear)

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the rear seat beam. Refer to Seat Back Latch Beam Replacement - Rear (Seat Back Latch Beam Replacement - Rear) .
2. Remove the rear seat back beam rear cover side fasteners.
3. Starting at the bottom of the cover, gently pull on the cover to disengage the attaching fasteners.
4. Pull upward on the rear seat back beam rear cover to disengage the locking tabs, then remove the beam cover.



Installation Procedure





1. Position the rear seat back beam rear cover locking tabs over the rear seat back beam.
2. Push at the attaching clip locations and snap the beam cover into place.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

3. Install the rear seat back beam rear cover fasteners.

Tighten the rear seat back beam rear cover fasteners to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).

4. Install the rear seat back beam. Refer to Seat Back Latch Beam Replacement - Rear (Seat Back Latch Beam Replacement - Rear) .
