33. Cylinder Head Disassemble

- SA9124E-1 Valve Spring Compressor
- J-43652 Valve Spring Compressor Adapter
- J-36017 Valve Guide Seal Remover
- SA9102E-A

IMPORTANT: Ensure that the valve train components are kept together and identified in order for proper re-installation in their original position.





1. Compress valve spring using SA9124E-1 and J-43652.
2. Remove valve keys.
3. Slowly release valve spring compressor from valve spring assembly.
4. Remove retainer.





5. Remove springs.

NOTICE: Do not damage the valve guide. Remove any burrs that have formed at the key groove by chamfering the valve stem with an oil stone or a file.





6. Remove valve seal using SA9102E-A. Discard valve seal.
7. Remove valve.
8. Repeat for remaining valves.
