Exhaust Resonator to Exhaust Manifold Pipe Gasket

REMOVAL

CAUTION: MAKE SURE VEHICLE IS PROPERLY SUPPORTED AND SQUARELY POSITIONED ON HOIST.

1. Raise vehicle on hoist.





2. Remove exhaust resonator to exhaust manifold pipe attachment bolts and discard gasket.

INSTALLATION

1. Clean mating flange surfaces of exhaust resonator and exhaust manifold pipe.
2. Install a new gasket and tighten bolts.
^ Torque: 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.)
3. Lower vehicle from hoist.
4. Check entire exhaust system for leaks.
