P0560

The ECM monitors battery voltage continuously after power-up. This code will set if the ECM sees the voltage to be below 2.5 volts. If battery voltage is not actually low, but because of a circuit fault, the ECM sees it as low, 14 volts will be selected as a default battery voltage.

DTC PARAMETERS
This DTC P0560 will set when:
^ Vehicle Speed greater than 0 mph
^ Engine running greater than 3 mm.
^ Battery voltage less than 2.5 volts
^ Above condition met for 200 milliseconds

DTC P0560 is a (type D) DTC.
