30. Piston and Connecting Rod Disassemble

- Tools Required
- SA9lOlE Piston Pin Remover/Installer
- J-43654 Piston Ring Clip Remover/Installer





1. Disassemble the piston rings from the piston using a piston ring expander.





2. Remove piston ring clips using piston ring clip remover/installer tool J-43654.
3. Use SA9lOlE Piston Pin Remover/Installer to disassemble the piston pin from the connecting rod, if necessary.
4. Disassemble piston from the connecting rod.
