52. Thermostat Housing/Thermostat Installation

1. Install thermostat housing with thermostat to engine.
2. Install thermostat housing bolts.
- Torque: 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.)





3. Use new seals when installing thermostat housing extension.
4. Coat new seals with engine coolant to assist in installation.
5. Push coolant extension housing into thermostat housing.





6. Install coolant extension housing bolt.
- Torque: 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.)
