65. Intake Manifold Spacer Installation

IMPORTANT: Ensure that bolts and bolt holes are clean and free of contaminants.





1. Install intake manifold spacer and install intake manifold spacer seals.
2. Install intake manifold spacer bolts, apply Loctite (R) 252 thread sealant to spacer bolt. Tighten using torque sequence shown.
- Torque: 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.)





3. Install intake manifold.
4. Install intake manifold bolts.
- Torque: 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.)
