Rear Wiper Module

WIPER MODULE

REMOVAL




1. Remove wiper arm by disengaging wiper arm retaining latch.




2. Remove push type fasteners and remove liftgate upper molding by gently pulling at clip locations.




3. Remove liftgate side window molding by pulling at clip locations to disengage clips.




4. Remove fasteners from lower end of lift gate inner lower panel assembly.
5. Remove lift gate rubber bumpers.
6. Remove lift gate inner lower panel by pulling at clip locations to disengage clips.




7. Disengage electrical connection from wiper module.
8. Remove wiper module fasteners and remove wiper module.

INSTALLATION

1. Install wiper module with fasteners.

Torque:
Wiper Module Fasteners: 12 N.m (106 in.lbs)

2. Connect electrical harness.




3. Position liftgate inner lower panel to vehicle. Push at attaching clip locations to engage clips. Install fasteners.
4. Install lift gate rubber bumpers.




5. Position lift gate side window moldings to vehicle. Push at attaching clip locations to engage clips.




6. Position lift gate window upper molding to vehicle. Push at attaching clip locations to engage clips.
7. Install retainers.




8. Install rear wiper arm.
9. Check wiper system for proper operation.
