Main Rear Floor Heater Duct - (RHD Domestic Only)

REMOVAL




1. Disable the SIR system. (Refer to "Disabling the SIR System".) Disabling and Enabling the SIR System
2. Remove both lower trim panel extensions.
3. Remove console. (Refer to "HVAC Module" removal.)
4. Remove lower beater duct. (Refer to "HVAC Module" removal.)
5. Lift main rear floor heater duct off of mounting bolt and push forward to disconnect from right rear floor heater duct.

NOTE: Be careful not to damage foam seal.




6. Slide duct rearward from under HVAC module and remove.

INSTALLATION

1. Slide duct under HVAC module.

IMPORTANT: Make sure main rear floor heater duct is properly positioned on stud.




2. Pull main rear floor heater duct rearward and connect to right rear floor heater duct.
3. Install lower heater duct.
4. Install console.
5. Install both lower trim panel extensions.
6. Enable the SIR system. (Refer to "Enabling the SIR System".) Disabling and Enabling the SIR System
