Starting System Inspection

IMPORTANT: Test battery first. Refer to "Battery Load Test". Battery Load Test
^ Inspect positive and negative battery cables.
^ Inspect ground circuit cables.
^ Inspect starter assembly connections.
^ Test ignition switch for proper operation.
