PURPOSE:
The purpose of this bulletin is to provide a new "Inner Dash Panel Insulator" service procedure and to update all 2000 and 2001 L-Series Body/Electrical Volume II Service Manuals at your location.
New labor Operation Number C2432 (Insulator, Dash Panel Inner - Replace) has been established in order to receive credit for this repair during the warranty period.
Please obtain all the 2000 and 2001 L-Series Body/Electrical Volume II Service Manuals and make the necessary updates as indicated below.
1. Make additional photocopies of the service manual updates as necessary.
2. Insert the service manual updates into the pages as indicated below.
^ 2000 L-Series Body/Electrical Volume II Service Manual between pages 884 and 885.
^ 2001 L-Series Body/Electrical Volume II Service Manual between pages 908 and 909.
