PURPOSE:
The purpose of this bulletin is to update all 2001 and 2002 L-Series (L61) Engine Service Manuals and 2001-2002 L-Series Quick Reference Specifications Guide at your location.
Please obtain all of the 2001 and 2002 L-Series (L61) Engine Service Manuals and 2001-2002 L-Series Quick Reference Specifications Guide and make the necessary corrections as indicated below.

After the corrections have been made, the torque specification should read as follows:
Torque:
Cylinder Head Bolts: 30 N.m (22 ft-lbs) + 155°
