32. Forward Clutch Support, Low Roller Clutch Assemble

FORWARD CLUTCH SUPPORT, LOW ROLLER CLUTCH ASSEMBLE





1. Assemble new seals on forward clutch support.





2. Assemble forward clutch support onto final drive sun gear shaft.
3. Assemble roller bearing onto forward clutch support.
4. Assemble parking pawl gear onto final drive sun gear shaft with raised inner boss facing up, so parking pawl properly engages the teeth on parking pawl gear.

IMPORTANT: The space between parking pawl gear and snap ring is approximately 3mm (0.12 inch).

5. Assemble snap ring-to-final drive sun gear shaft in order to retain parking pawl gear.





6. Assemble low roller clutch assembly onto forward clutch support. The larger tabs on cage must face down into the forward clutch support. Rotate cage slightly counterclockwise in order to lock the tabs into the grooves in the forward clutch support.
7. Assemble thrust bearing onto forward clutch support.
